📦 When will my order ship?
Physical orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been packed and shipped.
✉️ Do stickers include tracking?
We offer two shipping options at checkout:
- Economy Shipping – Budget-friendly shipping without tracking.
- Standard Shipping – Includes USPS tracking.
You can choose the option that works best for you at checkout.
📍How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real-time. You can also log into your account on our website and view your order status under 'My Orders.' If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.
💻 How do digital downloads work?
After your purchase is complete, you’ll automatically receive an email with your download link.
Your download includes:
- PNG
- JPEG
- Procreate files (When included)
A “Read Me” guide is also included to help you access and print your files.
🖨️ What paper should I use?
For the best results, we recommend:
- 28–32 lb paper for colored pencils
- Heavy cardstock (60–80 lb) for markers
Print at 100% (Actual Size) using the highest quality print settings.
🎨 Can I color digitally?
Yes! Many of our coloring books include Procreate files so you can color digitally on your iPad.
PDF, PNG, and JPEG files are also compatible with many other coloring and annotation apps.
📱 I can’t find my download
Check your email (including your Spam or Promotions folder).

🔄 Can I return a digital download?
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once they have been purchased, except where required by law.

📦 Can I return physical items?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support.talesandtrope.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address listed on the original package.
You will be responsible for the return shipping and charges.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including digital items, custom products, and items marked as final sale.
📚 Can I share or sell the digital files?
No. All artwork is for personal use only.
You may print the coloring pages for your own use, but the files may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or used for commercial purposes.
✨Preorders
Certain products are available for preorder weeks to months prior to their official shipping availability.
The product title will prominently display the preorder status and estimated timeline. Please note that timelines are subject to change.
