•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Delivery Times
•Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your package has been shipped, Tales & Trope is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses
•Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

Damaged or Lost Packages
•If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@talesandtrope.com within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date), and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
